Come discover the delicacies of the Strait of Messina, a city renowned for its swordfish fishing! Upon your arrival, you'll be served a chilled glass of Prosecco to sip on, accompanied by delicious smoked salmon crostini and delicate curls of butter. Following this, you'll savor a dish of spaghetti prepared with genuine Messinese swordfish, and as the main course, I'll serve succulent stuffed swordfish rolls filled with breadcrumbs, capers, and green olives.
The experience will conclude with the signature dessert of my city: ricotta cannoli. I'm confident that this will be an unforgettable experience!

- I took this cooking demo with Rossella in her home and it was the highlight of my trip. She was so kind and welcoming. I met her husband and his mom as well. We started to cook together a simple but delicious lunch with fresh cherry tomatoes and garlic and fresh basil. And then of course fresh pasta. Then she showed me an antiposto dish that I’ve never seen or tasted which I can’t wait to share with my family. See pics. And finished off the meal with her homemade cannoli with the creamiest ricotta filling I’ve ever had. What a wonderful experience it was. Thank you so much for making my dreams come true.

- We had the absolute best time with Rosella, Giuseppe and Nonna❤️. They were very warm and welcoming of us into their home. The authentic Sicilian cuisine was cooked to perfection and we never had a better meal... this is coming from a Sicilian. We have been to many cooking/ food experiences but this was the very best. We wish we could rate more than 5 stars! We will remember this experience always and cannot wait to come back!
