I look forward to welcoming you to my cookery class to share a special moment together, filled with hands-on work, heart and tradition.

Together we will prepare the ‘agnellino di pasta reale’, an ancient Easter symbol of peace, filled with a velvety pistachio cream. I will guide you through every step, sharing tips, stories and traditional secrets.

We will continue by preparing typical Sicilian almond sweets, fragrant and aromatic, perfect for savouring the true taste of artisanal pastry-making.
