Explore Siena's oldest market, open since way back in 1900, where you will have the opportunity to discover and purchase the best selections of typical Sienese products. You'll find a wide variety of Chianti wines, from the simplest to the most prestigious labels, as well as a deli counter with authentic cured meats and sausages, pecorino cheeses of different types and ages. You will be able to watch hands-on demonstrations in a Tuscan bread workshop and freshly baked traditional Sienese pastries. You will also have the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of fresh produce, including meat at the butcher's counter and typical local legumes and vegetables. All of which will allow you to create authentic Sienese cuisine dishes that have been handed down for thousands of years.

- The best event we have done in Italy. Patricia and Tony were loving , welcoming, and passionate about teaching us to make pasta and tiramisu. We felt so welcome into Patricia’s home. Best meal of our 3 weeks in Italy. We have skills to take home with us to try and help if we need it. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this cooking class. The best evening.
- We had so much fun learning to make pasta with Patrizia. She was a great teacher and made the whole experience memorable. We are both excited to put our new pasta making skills to the test!
- Patrizia was so accomodating to our intolerances (lactose) by searching high and low for the right products. She welcomed us warmly to her home and was brilliant and so very patient in helping us to learn the art of making and cooking pasta. Also we were able to make Tirimisu to finish off our gastrinomic experience. The use of an Interprter was such an important component of our experience. Thank you Thank you Thank you 😊 🙏

The family of our Cesarina has been from Siena for generations and her passion for cooking was born in her family. At her table, guests can enjoy dishes with a strong and unmistakable taste, made with genuine products: legumes, vegetables, meats, extra virgin olive oils, ingredients that give life to the most typical recipes of Siena, admiring the Campanone of the Torre del Mangia.
