: The best event we have done in Italy. Patricia and Tony were loving , welcoming, and passionate about teaching us to make pasta and tiramisu. We felt so welcome into Patricia’s home. Best meal of our 3 weeks in Italy. We have skills to take home with us to try and help if we need it. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this cooking class. The best evening.

: Patrizia was so accomodating to our intolerances (lactose) by searching high and low for the right products. She welcomed us warmly to her home and was brilliant and so very patient in helping us to learn the art of making and cooking pasta.
