Hi, I am Patrizia, your Cesarina for this vegetarian cooking class in Siena. I will be hosting you in my home to share the preparation of three seasonal recipes, using local, 0-mile vegetable ingredients. The menu will be constructed together, employing fresh seasonal vegetables and extra virgin olive oil from the Tuscan hills. We will have the opportunity to customize the menu according to your preferences, making the experience even more extraordinary. At the end of the preparation, we will taste the creations, accompanied by a selected local wine, specially chosen to enhance the flavors. I look forward to sharing a unique and delicious moment together.

- My daughter and I went for the pasta making class and tiramisu! Patrizia was very nice and welcoming. Her friend Laura was interpreter for her. We learned some new facts about making pasta. Then were able to eat our pasta. All was very good as well as the tiramisu we made! She gave some different ways to make it as well. Lovely home and again she was so welcoming!!! We enjoyed our evening there.

- We enjoyed our cooking experience with Patricia. We had a private event with 8 people and everyone enjoyed preparing the pasta and dessert. We had wine while preparing and then enjoyed the meal afterwards. I would recommend this for groups of 8 or less. It was in her home which added an additional personalization.

She was such a kind and patient teacher…answering every question, explaining steps and recipes in detail, and making us feel so welcomed in her lovely home. The meal we ate was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, tasty and visually beautiful. Patrizia shared recipes, ideas, and hospitality! We highly recommend this experience to any traveler in the Siena area.
