We will share a unique experience in our cozy country farmhouse, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Puglia, with a sea of olive trees stretching down to the sea and a panoramic view from above over the entire surrounding landscape. Together we will take a journey into the past, exploring traditions and preparing the famous Panzerotto typical of Puglia, rich in tomato, mozzarella, capers and oregano. We will share it as we prepare it, accompanied by a delicious glass of our own organic wine.

: A really enjoyable cooking and cultural experience with Maria. She is a very welcoming and friendly person and excellent cook. The farm visits and visiting her beautiful home was a real delight. The experience was highlight of my stay in puglia .
: Maria was a glorious teacher of her Italian cuisine and her masseria that you get to cook in is gorgeous. Picking from her garden and bringing the ingredients back to cook was amazing. She had her daughter with her to help interpret as well and they are both very joyful people.
