I look forward to seeing you in Pradello, Bellano, for an authentic homemade pizza experience, surrounded by the magic of Lake Como. Together we will discover how to make a perfect dough from scratch, using only simple, wholesome ingredients.
Before cooking, we will go to my vegetable garden to pick fresh cherry tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and basil, which will give flavor to our handmade pizzas. After rolling them out and stuffing them, we will bake and enjoy them outdoors amidst the enchanting lake and mountain views. To close on a sweet note, we will prepare a traditional tiramisu and toast with a mountain herb digestive, in a warm and convivial atmosphere. An unforgettable experience among Italian flavors and traditions.

- Our cooking experience with Patrizia was a wonderful experience. From the moment she welcomed us into her home with open arms, we felt like family. Her hospitality was absolutely outstanding, and the entire experience was warm, authentic, and unforgettable. The food was incredible — every dish we made was delicious, and learning to prepare it alongside her was such a joy. We learned so much throughout the class, not just about cooking, but about the traditions and love behind the food. And lunch with that breathtaking view made the experience even more magical. - Patrizia and Luca were amazing hosts! First she helped us find a driver to her house which was all the way up the mountain with stunning views of the lake! Luca made us feel right at home and poured us a glass of red wine immediately! We made tiramisu and two different types of pastas. This was definitely a highlight of our honeymoon and I would recommend this cooking class to everyone! The food, the wine, and the conversation was amazing! Cesarina from 2022Location: Bellano (LC) Languages: English and Italian"My life is tied to the lake, this is where I have my roots and where I’m fine. I am a painter, my work allows me to manage time and the kitchen is for me my second workshop, where I can easily create dishes instead of paintings. My two children, now grown up and my husband were those who made me practice and love cooking. Hosting friends during the summer in the garden was an opportunity to understand that receiving guests is a pleasure and a personal enrichment. The ingredients of my recipes are all genuine, from local producers: honey, cheese, fish, directly from the fisherman in Dervio, and vegetables from my garden that my husband cares with passion for many years. Our house is a bit like the houses of the past, the fireplace and the stove allow us to warm up and cook with wood, and I must say that the result of the dishes cooked on the wood stove is very good. Also in the garden we have a kitchen and, in summer, we prepare, cook and always eat outdoors."
