With my great passion for cooking and the rich tradition of my land, I would like you to taste some delicious seafood dishes typical of my region. Orbetello, surrounded by the sea and the Lagoon, gives us extraordinary products. It will be a pleasure to make you taste the typical schiaccia with anchovies and onion, farfalle with smoked mullet, and to finish a ricotta and chocolate tart, all enriched by the hospitality of my family. - We and our dog enjoyed the dinner. From the first moment on our hosts Silvia and Riccardo have been very nice friendly. The food was great and we could help a little bit by making the pasta. It was a great evening
