We will stroll together through the streets of the historic center, go through the vehicles of old Bari, and stop to taste what are for us Bari people the strolling foods, such as focaccia, panzerotti, and ice cream. I will tell you what the ingredients are so you can prepare them at home and have friends and relatives taste them when you return. You will take home with you the scents and flavors of my city
