Hello, I present to you my degstazione proposal! Discovering the products, pork products and more, that characterize this magnificent teterritory. The experience will include tasting of typical SALUMI, including: prosciutto crudo; salami casareccio; wild boar salami; coppa di testa and some exclusives from my trusted butcher. You will then find CHEESE, from the freshest to the most seasoned, all accompanied by jams, marmalades, honey, different types of bread and focaccia! There will be no shortage of wine and a dessert to finish. This experience is available throughout the year, so it will follow seasonality in the small things, for example in the table setting, but also in the accompanying products (bread, focaccia, etc...).
