Gnocchi is the dish that reminds me most of my grandmother: when she prepared it, it was a celebration and I was always there to help her. With this dish, I want to envelop everyone in her warm embrace. The sausage ragù, which we'll use to dress the gnocchi, has the intense flavor of Umbrian lands.

Before the gnocchi, we'll savor Parmigiano and mortadella baskets, a marriage of flavors made even tastier by stracciatella and a sprinkling of pistachio. We'll conclude the lesson with English trifle, a traditional dessert, where layers of cream and chocolate are separated by the red hue of Alchermes liqueur: a burst of aroma and sweetness!
