Immerse yourself in the Christmas atmosphere with the preparation of Pidoni messinesi. We will make the dough, which we will learn to roll out by hand and fill with fresh tuma (a typical local cheese), escarole (a local vegetable), and anchovies.

I will teach you how to seal the dough as I did as a child with my grandmother. We will fry the pidoni in full view and serve them piping hot and stringy, accompanied by a glass of local wine. Simple flavors and ancient gestures that celebrate the Messina tradition.

We will finish on a sweet note by preparing the exquisite mascarpone cream (my signature dish), which we will pair with toasted, crunchy Pandoro. I look forward to celebrating the traditions of my home with you, retracing aromas and flavors. I can't wait to share them with you.
