Live an authentic culinary experience in the historic heart of Assisi with our Cesarina Eleonora. The "mani in pasta" cooking class will immerse you in Umbrian gastronomic traditions, teaching you how to prepare three types of fresh pasta according to recipes handed down from generation to generation. The class will begin with a fine tasting of typical local products, such as cheeses, cured meats and olive oils, which will introduce you to the unique flavors of Umbria. After the tasting, you will put your hands to the dough and, under Eleonora's expert guidance, prepare traditional dishes with fresh, wholesome ingredients. At the end of the course, a tasting of the dish prepared together, a chance to take home fettuccine and a toast with excellent local wine!
