I'm Ilaria and I live in a small village in the Val di Non, surrounded by apple orchards and the beautiful Dolomites. In my area silence prevails and the close relationship with nature: the spectacular landscape and the peaks, the woods, the meadows, the alpine lakes, the canyons, the castles are in fact a few minutes from us. The Val di Non is in a strategic position, because in about 30 minutes by car you can reach the city of Trento and the Adige Valley, or some of the most famous ski resorts in Trentino and in a little longer you can get to Bolzano. I live in a historic house, recently renovated, with ample parking and possibility to recharge electric bikes. My house is surrounded by a large vegetable garden from which I collect many products for my dishes, a beautiful orchard of the famous Melinda apples and bee hives, cared for by my husband beekeeper. Just below the house there is still the basement cellar, where homemade salami are kept. My cuisine is characterized by seasonality, the products of the garden, the fruit trees that surround me and the homemade products by me and my husband Gianluca (honey, meats, preserves, jams, flavored salt, mint syrups, elderberry and lemon balm...). Every season gives me the opportunity to cook different types of typical dishes and desserts, especially based on Melinda apples from Val di Non. Gianluca and I are waiting for you to live a unique experience at the table, together with us!
