Your experience
Teroldego is one of my region's most renowned wines: dark and full-bodied, it pairs beautifully with game, but not only! It adds color and flavor to apples, sautéed in butter and mountain honey, which find a home on a delicious crostone of bread spread with gorgonzola. Its tart note lends character to the risotto, which, together with speck and thyme-flavored cream cheese, delivers a surprising experience on the palate. In dessert, an enveloping cream, prepared with eggs, sugar, Trentino butter and dark chocolate, completes my creation with a flavor that will amaze. This extraordinary wine will accompany our dinner from start to finish.

- Abbiamo organizzato un aperitivo-pranzo dalla Cesarina Anna come prima tappa del nostro viaggio di gruppo (19 persone) in Trentino. L'esperienza è stata stupenda, tramite un menu con vari piatti trentini Anna ci ha spiegato la storia dei prodotti locali e fatto conoscere ricette meno note facendo una dimostrazione della preparazione (tortel di patate). Super consigliata!
- Un pomeriggio davvero bello e interessante ...ho imparato tanti trucchetti per fare meglio i biscotti . Anna bravissima nello spiegare e ad accoglierci nella sua casa ,che dire grazie ancora .
