We’ll meet at the Sant’Orsola Municipal Market, where we’ll spend an hour exploring the stalls filled with local products, vibrant colors, and rich aromas — a truly immersive experience in daily Sicilian life. After our walk, we’ll head to my home by car to begin our traditional two-hour cooking class. Together, we’ll prepare fresh pasta — a cornerstone of Italian cuisine — and I’ll guide you step by step through the process. We’ll dress it with a delicious seasonal sauce and enjoy it with a glass of local wine, sharing a special moment around the table. I can’t wait to spend a morning with you between the market and homemade pasta!

- Rosella and Giuseppe made our cooking experience a 5 star event. We had so much fun learning to make raviolis, fettuccine and tiramisu. They delighted our group with sparkling wine and appetizers in addition to our cooking experience. This was a highlight of our 18 day trip through Italy and Croatia.
