After our walk, we’ll head to my home by car to begin our traditional two-hour cooking class. Together, we’ll prepare fresh pasta — a cornerstone of Italian cuisine — and I’ll guide you step by step through the process. We’ll dress it with a delicious seasonal sauce and enjoy it with a glass of local wine, sharing a special moment around the table. : What a wonderful experience for our whole family. Rossella and Joseph invited us into their home and taught us some traditional recipes from Messina and Italy, with their whole family helping in the process. The tiramisu was the highlight for all of us and we can't wait to make these recipes for our family back home.
