We’ll meet at the Sant’Orsola Municipal Market, where we’ll spend an hour exploring the stalls filled with local products, vibrant colors, and rich aromas — a truly immersive experience in daily Sicilian life. After our walk, we’ll head to my home by car to begin our traditional two-hour cooking class. Together, we’ll prepare fresh pasta — a cornerstone of Italian cuisine — and I’ll guide you step by step through the process. We’ll dress it with a delicious seasonal sauce and enjoy it with a glass of local wine, sharing a special moment around the table. I can’t wait to spend a morning with you between the market and homemade pasta!

- This was a great option in Messina. Rosella took great care of us and helped us every step of the way. The experience was first class and the food we made was amazing. They gave us the recipes and we can’t wait to try this at home. Thanks for everything Rosella! I highly recommend.
- We had the absolute best time with Rosella, Giuseppe and Nonna❤️. They were very warm and welcoming of us into their home. The authentic Sicilian cuisine was cooked to perfection and we never had a better meal... this is coming from a Sicilian. We have been to many cooking/ food experiences but this was the very best. We wish we could rate more than 5 stars! We will remember this experience always and cannot wait to come back!
- This experience was a 10/10. If you are looking to indulge in the culture in Messina THIS is the experience for you. Words cannot describe how amazing this experience was. The food was amazing, the conversation was amazing and the process was amazing. I did this with my 15 year old daughter and she will be talking about this for forever
- Guiseppe and his beautiful wife took us to two wonderful eateries in Sicily where we had the best arancini and cannoli. We then finished off the tour in Cathedral Square where we saw the midday show of the bell tower and fireworks. We can’t recommend this tour enough.
