: We spend the most fantastic time at Catia's lovely home. She showed us how to cook traditional pasta and risotto as it is prepared in the Parma region and her husband told us about the Parma ham and locally made wines, which we tasted together. Would recommend anyone to spend some time with these lovely people, as you will surely go home with a happy feeling, a full belly and a diverse collection of recipes.
