For me, cooking means preserving and sharing my family's most cherished memories. I grew up surrounded by the aromas of the Ligurian Riviera, where cooking is above all an act of love and hospitality.I love preparing traditional dishes, from Genoese focaccia to panigacci from Lunigiana, as well as handmade lasagna sheets and savory pies made with seasonal vegetables. Through my cooking, I enjoy sharing the authentic flavors of my region and welcoming guests with the warmth and simplicity of home.
