I enjoy experimenting with new ingredients and recipes, but also preserving traditions, because they are the identity of a place and tell who we are. Their son was the same age as mine, and watching them play cards together made the evening even more special. - We had a lovely cooking class with Caterina and Fabio. They welcomed us with traditional food which was really kind and tasteful. After that, we prepared our tiramisu and two types of pasta (Ravioli and Trofie). Since it was the birthday of my girlfriend they surprised her with balloons, music, a crown and a candle in her tiramisu. Great hospitality! Thank you very much for this nice experience!
