Homemade Ligurian Ravioli in the Heart of La Spezia

Together we’ll prepare handmade ravioli, flavoured with fresh marjoram, in the Ligurian tradition. Then we’ll make pesto with basil from my garden, freshly picked to bring out all its freshness. The pesto will be served with trofie or tagliatelle, which we’ll enjoy together at the table, just like a family, with good conversation and fine wine. To finish, a homemade tiramisu, creamy and wholesome. It won’t just be a cooking class, but an authentic experience in my home, filled with flavours, tradition and Ligurian hospitality.
