My husband and 2 of our friends had an absolutely fabulous time making pasta and understanding more about the food in the area. We had a lovely cooking class with Caterina and Fabio. They welcomed us with traditional food which was really kind and tasteful. After that, we prepared our tiramisu and two types of pasta (Ravioli and Trofie). Since it was the birthday of my girlfriend they surprised her with balloons, music, a crown and a candle in her tiramisu. Great hospitality! Thank you very much for this nice experience!
