Hi from Loretta!

I'm Loretta, and I've been living in Lucca for a year, coming from the Island of Elba. There, I had a charming small farm where I offered tastings of the products that I cultivated with my own hands. My cooking reflects the rusticity of the land: simple but filled with authentic flavors thanks to naturally grown and raised products. Here are some of my typical dishes: chicken liver crostini, fresh pasta ravioli filled with ricotta and herbs, jams and preserved vegetables, schiaccia briaca (a type of Tuscan sweet bread), coroll and much more!
