"My cuisine ranges from appetizers to desserts with great versatility. For some years I have studied the art of vegetarian and vegan cooking to meet the dietary needs of my children. I revisited typical dishes of the Campania tradition in a vegetable key, without losing sight of recipes and original flavors. I also cultivate with great passion the collection of antique English porcelain, which I love to present to my guests both at breakfast and at the classic tea time. I live to cook and have extreme respect for my guests, of whom I do not miss to grasp specific needs and unusual food tastes ".

: We had an excellent cooking experience with our cesarina Silvia T. while we were in Salerno. Silvia warmly welcomed my husband and I into her home like we were her own family. We enjoyed friendly conversation over refreshments and savory bites and she shared her cooking expertise in a very approachable, thorough and informative manner with the help of her translator. The class was very hands on and it was fun to watch my husband get his hands into pasta making. After our pasta and dessert making was complete, we enjoyed our hearty meal together. It brought me back to childhood memories of spending time with family in my grandmothers kitchen. Thank you to Silvia! We are family now! I would gladly visit Silvia again and I highly recommend this cooking experience for anyone spending time in Salerno or vicinity.
: My friend and I had a delightful, fun and yummy visit to Silvia’s home! We made gnocchi and tasted many small plates. The evening was full of laughter and great food! I highly recommend an evening of cooking at Silvia’s home!
: My husband and I had the most amazing day cooking with Silvia. This isn't something my husband would normally do, but he absolutely enjoyed it and said he'd do it again. Silvia's friend Anna was there to translate and assist with instructions, taking photos... They are the loveliest of ladies and it was like spending the day with friends.
