Te recibiremos con un cálido aperitivo de bienvenida con prosecco y aperitivos inspirados en la tradición y la estacionalidad italianas. Después, nos pondremos manos a la obra y prepararemos juntos dos tipos de tagliatelle al huevo, acompañadas de dos salsas: la clásica de tomate y una salsa de temporada rica en sabores frescos. Después de la preparación, degustaremos juntos el plato, maridado con vinos blancos o tintos seleccionados. Para terminar, un postre tradicional pondrá el broche final dulce y convivial, perfecto para celebrar la pasión por la cocina italiana. ¡Una experiencia auténtica y sabrosa que no te puedes perder!
Ieri sera siamo andate a casa di Giacomo a cucinare la pasta fresca. Giacomo è stato un ottimo padrone di casa e un ottimo maestro della cucina per quelle 3 ore passate insieme. Abbiamo cucinato con lui e poi abbiamo mangiato insieme le buonissime tagliatelle. È stata un’esperienza divertente e simpatica. Giacomo è stato super accogliente e gentile. Consiglio a tutti.

Had a fantastic time cooking with Giancomo—what put it over the top was his knowledge and history of the area on the way to the market; time spent at the market and then the cooking class itself in his home—sharing of tips to have the best results and sitting down and sharing a table at the end. Giacomo was in touch before the tour to find if we had allergies or any food we didn’t like. On the day of the tour, it was pouring rain all day, freezing & there were puddles everywhere not ideal for a walking tour. Instead of canceling, he wanted us to have the food experience so he offered a warm, clean, dry home to come to and he cooked a spectacular dinner for my son & I. He chose all different foods from the Milan region. It was truly a wonderful evening after battling the rain all day. I highly recommend him.
