Une soirée pour découvrir les secrets de la pâte à pizza et de sa cuisson. La soirée se déroulera dans le jardin où Alvaro a construit son coin four à bois et barbecue. La vue imprenable sur Sienne et une bière artisanale de la brasserie voisine La Stecciaia feront le reste.
Le menu comprendra en entrée une dégustation de ciaccini avec du pecorino, de la saucisse, des tomates cerises ou simplement du gros sel et du romarin. Ensuite, on passera à la dégustation de la pizza margherita, que chaque invité pourra étaler lui-même. Pour finir, une pizza sucrée avec du sucre et de la crème de noisettes. Cette expérience n'est possible que lors des douces soirées d'été.

Together, we created a selection of five refined nibbles, each one a delicious tribute to the region’s ingredients and culinary heritage. From delicate crostini topped with creamy cheeses and herbs, to savory bites infused with citrus and olive oil, every element was thoughtfully paired with a refreshing glass of fizz—Prosecco, of course—or a light, local red wine. - Our pasta and tiramisu experience outside of Siena was out of this world! Our hosts were amazing and did their utmost to make us feel at home and spent so much time imparting their knowledge about the food. It was a fun hands-on experience and very connecting. It was truly the highlight of our 2 week vacation and I would recommend this experience to anybody who is considering it. Truly memorable!
- This was one of the best experiences of all of my travels. It was like visiting family and having your uncle teach his secrets for the best food you could eat. It was warm and welcoming and the food was incredible. I was a professional cook and chef and I learned different ways of cooking.

Il est devenu maire de Rapolano T., puis a créé une entreprise et, maintenant qu'il est à la retraite, il peut revenir à son premier amour, la cuisine. « J'aime parler de l'histoire de mon village et de ma cuisine. Tout le monde est incrédule devant les trésors cachés de ce territoire, tant du point de vue historique que culinaire ».
