    Mes origines calabraises influencent beaucoup ma cuisine, qui regorge de plats traditionnels familiaux. Dans ce cours de cuisine, on va s'amuser ensemble à préparer des maccheroni al ferretto ou des cavatelli, des plats typiques et pleins de saveurs. Pour les maccheroni, on utilisera une branche de saule séchée pour obtenir ces pâtes uniques, qu'on assaisonnera avec une sauce tomate riche et des rouleaux de viande qu'on préparera ensemble. Une expérience authentique pour découvrir les secrets de la cuisine calabraise. Je vous attends pour cuisiner et déguster ensemble !

    The cooking class with Veronica was absolutely amazing! We were 8 girls (bachelorette party) and we had the best time making fresh pasta and tiramisu. Veronica and her husband Luca were both so welcoming and warm, we felt like home. Veronica even organised glutenfree pasta for one of the girls and also the aperitivo, the wine and the limoncello were SO good. I would always book it again!

    I spent an absolutely delightful evening with Veronica. She told me the word "Cesarine" is associated with the stewardship and passing on of cultural traditions, and her passion for and enjoyment of this was so clear. Everything was so nicely prepared for our session, and I really loved making the pasta and tiramisu together...and it was delicious, too! I felt very welcomed into her home, for an experience that was personal and authentic. But also everything was very professional, too, with her kitchen lab a bit separate from the main family home. Definitely a, maybe even the highlight of my trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!

    This was our favorite night in Italy!! We had the best meal and the host and her husband could not have been more lovely and fun! They were so sweet and understanding with our two young daughters and by the time the dinner was over we felt like friends. They drove us to our apartment from their home and really treated us like family. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Italy!

    Ma cuisine est avant tout traditionnelle. Je suis née et j'ai grandi à Côme, mais mes parents sont originaires du sud de l'Italie, ce qui explique que ma cuisine soit également très méditerranéenne. J'aime varier les plaisirs, des pâtes fraîches (j'aime particulièrement cuisiner les pâtes au four) aux plats de poisson, en passant par les viandes cuites longuement, comme le rôti, et j'adore me consacrer aux desserts. J'ai un fils qui fréquente l'école hôtelière et qui me donne donc parfois des conseils utiles pour m'améliorer. Une autre de mes grandes passions est la pâte levée, en particulier la pizza et le pain.
