Nella nostra casa in campagna vivono quattro simpaticissime galline che fanno uova colorate. Con le loro uova e gli ingredienti freschi dell’orto impareremo a fare e condire la pasta. Durante l’esperienza andremo a prendere le uova nel pollaio, raccoglieremo le verdure più belle e scenderemo in cantina per selezionare il vino perfetto per il nostro pasto. Dopo un aperitivo di benvenuto, prepareremo insieme due tipi di pasta: tagliatelle e tortellini, che gusteremo tutti insieme. Concluderemo con l’assaggio della torta sbrisolona accompagnata da un liquore fatto in casa. Adatta a grandi e piccini, questa cooking class vi permetterà di portare a casa ricette semplici, genuine e autentiche.

- Ich habe den Kochkurs meiner Tochter als Überraschung geschenkt und was soll ich sagen…. es war ein wundervoller Abend bei und mit Cristiana. Sie ist so herzlich, man fühlt sich willkommen und man spürt ihre Leidenschaft fürs Kochen. Wir haben viel gelernt und hatten viel Spaß. Auch unsere vielen Fragen konnte Cristiana alle beantworten. Wieder zu Hause haben wir unsere neuen Kochkünste sofort in die Tat umgesetzt und es war soooo lecker. Dieses einmalige Erlebnis wird für immer in unserer Erinnerung bleiben. Danke liebe Cristiana für die schönen Stunden bei Dir.

- John and I had a marvelous morning with Cristiana in her charming home! We were first able to meet her cute chickens who so kindly shared their eggs for making our tagliatelle and tortellini. Both served with a wonderful local red wine. The lesson was quite easy to follow (except for our ineptitude at making the tortellini!) . The results of our efforts were delicious!! All the while totally enjoying our free flowing conversation with Cristiana, who speaks very good English. We highly recommend her class and would take it again if we ever make it back to this beautiful Verona!
- If I could give this class 10 stars I would! Cristiana was an INCREDIBLE chef and host. We were honored to be hosted in her home and she shared so much with us about the local area, cooking, and also would help me with my Italian. I was actually sad when we had to leave as it felt like we were with family. Cristiana taught us tiramisu, pizza and we even had time to make focaccia. The recipes were simple, delicious and Cristiana was very prepared. We learned that she had previously had a restaurant and her experience shows. Thank you Cristiana for one of our most memorable experiences and please hug cat for us ♥️
- Cristiana was fantastic. We found the place easily, she was awaiting us already. We had a wonderful, relaxing time cooking, chatting, having some wine. When coming home from our trip we tried to make the pasta ourselves and it was a succes. Thanks Christiana for such a wonderful workshop!
