Ti ospito nella mia cucina e ti insegno l'impasto per una pizza in teglia a lunga lievitazione (24-48 h) fatta con lievito madre. Spazieremo dalla classica margherita con stracciatella e basilico a farciture più sfiziose usando prodotti locali di stagione. Prepareremo anche l'impasto per una focaccia al rosmarino del mio giardino e olive. Ti insegnerò tutti i miei trucchi, dalla salatura all'idratazione dell'impasto. Infine, l'immancabile tiramisù al caffè con scaglie di cioccolato! Vedremo insieme i tanti modi diversi di impiattarlo.

- I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Delia was a delightful teacher- knowledgeable, patient and exceptionally well prepared. We learned how to prepare focaccia, different kinds of pizza and an exceptional tiramisu. This was truly a farm to table experience. We watched her pick fresh tomatoes and herbs from her garden only to incorporate this fresh bounty into our meal. The highlight of the experience was sharing this beautiful meal with our host. We learned about life in Italy and many of the rich traditions of her family. This experience was one of the highlights of our trip. We recommend her to you without reservation.
- Simply amazing! This was a true experience in every sense. Delia is a natural host and it was a privilege to be able to learn alongside her. The ambience was perfect and we felt truly welcomed in her family home. I cannot rate her and her wonderful family highly enough. If you want a true life experience of cooking an Italian pizza alongside someone who is a natural cook then look no further!
- The best local Italian experience we could have asked for with Delia in her family home. I booked it as a surprise for my mum’s birthday and Delia went above and beyond to make it special for her. We made various pizzas, focaccia tiramisu and ice cream! Delia was an amazing host/chef and we felt so welcome and lucky to spend a day in her company. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an authentic cooking experience around Verona.
- We are glad that we’ve booked this cooking class, we really enjoyed it! It was fun, loved Delia her explanation and company and her whole family was so hospitable and kind. And not to forget; the focaccia, pizza’s and tiramisu were delicious. We had a great experience and we will definitely come back next time we visit lake Garda!
- Wow ! What an experience. Delia and her family welcomed our group of 7 into their home and treated us as if we were family. The interaction between Delia and her family was truly amazing. The food was amazing and our kids haven’t stopped talking about it. A must do experience.

Cesarina dal 2024Città: Calmasino (VR) Lingue: Italiano, Inglese, Spagnolo, Tedesco, Francese, PortogheseAmo preparare pane e pizza con lievito madre e lievitazione di minimo 24h, pasta fresca (tagliatelle, gnocchi, tortellini ripieni di erbe e formaggi tipici oppure di zucca), risotti (all'amarone e monte veronese o alle verdure provenienti dal mio orto). In casa siamo tutti vegetariani/vegani quindi prediligo ingredienti di origine vegetale, ma so cucinare bene anche con ingredienti di origine animale, qualora gli ospiti volessero provare qualche piatto tipico veneto! (Es. risotto con il tastasal (salsiccia), carne lessa con la pearà, pokenta e spezzatino)
