    Questa cooking class di 3 ore è il modo perfetto per scoprire i sapori autentici dell’Italia e della cucina sorrentina. Impareremo a preparare insieme piatti tipici della Costiera Amalfitana, come la pizza di scarole alla sorrentina e la tradizionale pasta patate e provola, ricetta partenopea ricca di gusto. Concluderemo con una crostata alla crema bianca e nera, per un finale dolce e originale. Dopo aver cucinato, ci siederemo a tavola per gustare insieme le nostre creazioni. Un’esperienza genuina tra sapori mediterranei, profumi locali e tanta passione per la cucina. Ti aspetto!

    Our day with Alessandra was absolutely wonderful. From the site seeing and photos, to the coffee shop and markets, we enjoyed learning about Sorrento from her. More than that, we enjoyed our special experience in her home and kitchen. The fresh pasta lesson was great and eating our meal on her deck with the most gorgeous view of Mt. Vesuvius was incredible. She is delightful to be with and her passion for cooking is contagious. I highly recommend this experience!

    Alessandra welcomed us into her home with such warmth. She gave us a tour of her beautiful garden, complete with marvelous snacks, and then set to work, teaching us the secrets of gnocchi making. We have taken several cooking classes in the past, including pasta classes, but learned several helpful new tips that we will use. Alessandra is a talented cook and skilled teacher, and we had a wonderful evening! If you were on the fence about which cooking class to take in Sorrento, this is the one!

    We had a great experience cooking with Alessandra! She was such a great teacher and host, opening her beautiful home overlooking Mount Vesuvius to us. We made two types of pasta (ravioli and spaghetti) and learned the intricacies of making both. We also made mini tiramisus, which were the perfect treat. We were able to enjoy all our efforts with a fabulous view! Also Alessandra was very accommodating with organizing a pickup to/from her location.

    Alessandra was a patient teacher, excellent tour guide, good host, and excellent photographer. She took us around town to many spots we wouldn’t have been as tourist without her. Her home was very clean and pretty. The view was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed our day with her and highly recommend the experience.

    Sorrento, terra di sirene che tentarono Ulisse e patria di Torquato Tasso, offre momenti di poesia tra calette segrete, panorami mozzafiato e soste gustose, come a casa della nostra Cesarina Alessandra. "Amo la cucina tradizionale e mi appassionano i lievitati, soprattutto la pizza napoletana realizzata con il mio lievito madre, con cui faccio pani profumati, di qualsiasi tipo di farina". Alla sua tavola sapori di mare e di terra, ricette della tradizione culinaria sorrentina,  profumata e gustosa.
