Unisciti a me in una visita a un mercato locale o a un negozio di alimentari tradizionale mentre esploriamo gli aromi e i sapori del nostro patrimonio culinario. In qualità di cuoco entusiasta, sono felice di condividere approfondimenti sui prodotti del mercato e insieme selezioneremo alcuni ingredienti freschi per un'autentica dimostrazione di cucina con ricette locali. Poi ci dirigeremo a casa mia, dove faremo una dimostrazione di cucina, per poi godremo di un delizioso pranzo/cena di quattro portate abbinate a un bicchiere di vino. Intraprendi questa esperienza indimenticabile mentre condivido la mia passione per la cucina e ti presento l'essenza delle nostre tradizioni culinarie.

- Enrico gave me an my daughter an unforgetable experiense. He was so friendly and so professional, by teaching us the secrets of making the best food of the italian kitchen , he used the best ingredients so the pasta and tiramisu and the ravioli were the best taste ever. We are waiting to our next tour to milano to meet again that amazing man and enjoy again from the magic of the italian food. We love you our friend , you are the best teacher
- We had the best time at Christina’s and Enricos cozy home, we felt welcomed from the very first second and the dishes were the perfect mix of traditional and flavorful Italian food. We communicated about the ingredients, allergies etc. in advance and everything was perfectly arranged. Enrico had a lot of professional tips for us and we were able to do most of the work with his guidance. We were a bachelorette party and it was the perfect end of our trip with delicious food, wine and incredible hospitality. Thank you so much Christina and Enrico, we loved to be your guest and hope to see you again one day!
- I cannot recommend this enough. There are truly no words to describe how grateful I am to Enrico and Christina and welcoming us into their home for such an incredible experience and amazing hospitality. Enrico and Christina went above and beyond to give us a true authentic experience filled with delicious food, copious amounts of drinking, belly laughs until our cheeks hurt and memories to last us a lifetime. Thank you so much Enrico and Christina!!! You really made it feel like we have family in Milano
- We had an amazing day with Enrico and his wife Cristina. They were both very generous and wonderful hosts. Enrico has a vast knowledge of food and cooking, and we learnt a lot from him on the shopping tour and back in the kitchen. It was wonderful then to sit down and enjoy what we had bought and cooked together. We can't recommend this highly enough.

Posso offrire esperienze con alternative vegane e vegetariane, fatemelo sapere. Dopo aver cucinato gusteremo le nostre ricette e del buon vino a casa mia, possibilmente sulla mia bella terrazza.
