La mia cucina si basa sulle ricette semplici e genuine, della mia famiglia e della tradizione milanese. Cucineremo con ingredienti locali e di stagione. La mia passione sono i primi piatti e mi piacerebbe cucinare con voi pasta fresca, pizza, un delizioso risotto e un super tiramisù. Posso offrire esperienze con alternative vegane e vegetariane, fatemelo sapere. Dopo aver cucinato gusteremo le nostre ricette e del buon vino a casa mia, possibilmente sulla mia bella terrazza.

- Great evening at the home of Chef Enrico and Cristina! We learned how to make two Milan classics—osso buco and risotto con zafferano—plus the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. It was not only a hands-on learning experience, but a delightful evening of conversation with our hosts. Highly recommended.
