La mia cucina si basa sulle ricette semplici e genuine, della mia famiglia e della tradizione milanese. Cucineremo con ingredienti locali e di stagione. La mia passione sono i primi piatti e mi piacerebbe cucinare con voi pasta fresca, pizza, un delizioso risotto e un super tiramisù. Posso offrire esperienze con alternative vegane e vegetariane, fatemelo sapere. Dopo aver cucinato gusteremo le nostre ricette e del buon vino a casa mia, possibilmente sulla mia bella terrazza.

- We had a lovely pizza evening with Enrico and his wife. During the evening, we made pizza and tiramisú with the guidance of Enrico, and had a wonderful and tasty dinner together. Most importantly, we felt very welcome right from the very first minute. Highly recommended!
- Fantastico ! Abbiamo passato un momento meraviglioso con Enrico et sua moglie. The youngsters were very happy to learn how to cook gnocchi. They could choose their sauce and learn how to make it. They had a very nice relationship with the host. We recommend this experience very much !
- What a wonderful evening! Enrico is not only an incredible cook, but also a great host, together with Cristina. Enrico adapted the menu for us (vegan) and suggested wonderful recipes. We learned a lot, prepared delicious food and shared it around a glass of wine and great discussions. We expected to only have a cooking class, we got what felt like an evening with friends (and of course absolutely everything you would expect from a cooking class). Highly recommend!!
