    Vi trasmetterò la mia passione e insieme prepareremo tre risotti differenti che dipenderanno dalla stagionalità o dalle vostre richieste/esigenze. Risotto alla milanese, alla monzese, speck e zucchine, al nero di seppia, alla zucca, alla fragola, al limone e rosmarino e tanti altri sapori da scoprire. Parleremo dei tipi di riso adatti per questa preparazione e delle tecniche necessarie per la realizzazione di un piatto perfetto. Lo sapete che il vero milanese serve il risotto sui piatti piani e che lo mangia col cucchiaio?

    We had a terrific experience! Enrico and his family and home were so inviting and comfortable, like visiting a friend. The market tour was very interesting. I loved seeing all the varieties of fruits and vegetables we don't have easily in the U.S. although Enrico is not a vegan chef, the dishes he made were very delicious and seemed easy to replicate. I can't wait to try at home. The location was also easy to find and right at a bus stop.

    We have no words to describe this amazing experience. The food was out of this world. Enrico and his wife are such warm people and was so willing to teach us about the food and culture. We believe everyone must have this experience at least once in their life. We are blessed to have met these wonderful people and hope to see them once again. Lots of hugs and kisses to the couple.     We started our week-long holiday with a cooking class with Enrico, and it was the highlight of our trip! He and his wife were incredibly gracious hosts, bringing us into their home and working with us in their kitchen. We made pasta, drank wine, and ate one of the best meals on our trip. Our kids also thought the experience was marvelous, ranking it at the top of their list of happy memories of the trip. The adults felt the same way! Five stars are simply not enough. When we return to Milan, we are definitely booking with Enrico again.

    My time with Master Chef, Enrico Panigada and his charming assistant, Cristina, was so much more than a cooking experience. Yes, Enrico shared recipes indigenous to the region along with techniques that, in most cases, I would be hard pressed to duplicate, but he shared also the very essence of Milanese life. We spent our time preparing a fabulous 3 course meal which included grilled mushrooms and leeks on puff pastry, a peach risotto, and tiramisu. And, best of all was our time enjoying our feast and our glass of wine as we shared stories from both our countries. In a word, it was simply a perfect way to spend an afternoon; I will always remember our time together fondly…….Steph Nastro, USA.

    La mia cucina si basa sulle ricette semplici e genuine, della mia famiglia e della tradizione milanese. Cucineremo con ingredienti locali e di stagione. La mia passione sono i primi piatti e mi piacerebbe cucinare con voi pasta fresca, pizza, un delizioso risotto e un super tiramisù. Posso offrire esperienze con alternative vegane e vegetariane, fatemelo sapere. Dopo aver cucinato gusteremo le nostre ricette e del buon vino a casa mia, possibilmente sulla mia bella terrazza.
