- Beatrice provided great insights to male the perfect risotto and created a super friendly vibe for us guest to interact and enjoy both the learning experience and the fun of staying together.
- Beatrice was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning she was incredibly precise and well organized, but at the same time warm, engaging, and genuinely kind. She explained every step clearly, involved us naturally in the process, and created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that it immediately felt like being at home. The pumpkin and amaretti risotto was outstanding—perfectly balanced, comforting, and full of flavor. You could really feel the care and attention she puts into her cooking, not just in the recipe itself but in how she shares it. What truly made the experience special was Beatrice herself: patient, attentive, and always smiling. She has a beautiful way of making you feel comfortable and included, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. A lovely experience from start to finish, and one I would absolutely recommend.
