Prepareremo le tagliatelle con semola rimacinata di grano duro, fatte dall'inzio alla fine con le nostre mani, senza l'uso di nessuna macchina, le quali saranno cucinate con passata di pomodoro fatta in casa! A seguire tiramisù con uova super bio del contadino!

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed into her warm and inviting space, where the focus was on the joy of cooking and learning. Sandra is not only a fantastic cook but also an attentive and engaging teacher. She took the time to carefully guide me through every step of the pasta-making process, from mixing the dough to crafting delicate ravioli. Her detailed explanations made it clear that fresh, homemade pasta—using only the finest ingredients—is much easier than it seems. We also had the chance to make a rich and creamy tiramisu from scratch, which was a real highlight. The hands-on experience was both fun and educational, and I left feeling confident that I could recreate these dishes at home. If you're looking for an authentic, intimate pasta-making class with a gracious host, I highly recommend popping in to Sandra’s for an unforgettable experience

Sandra was great. We really were relaxed in her home. The music was pleasant. She made it look so easy! We really enjoyed her lemonchello. We have taken a cooking class every trip we make to Italy. This class was one of the best we have taken.

Sandra was a great host for the pasta making class. Her home was clean, warm, and inviting. Sandra showed us authentic pasta making techniques. There was plenty of delicious food and drink for lunch or dinner. We all had a lovely time. We booked this fairly last minute for a rainy day activity, and we’re so glad we did. Highly recommend!

Ho fatto in corso con la mia nipote - era un esperienza per fare ricordi. Sandra sa come creare un ambiente in cui puoi sentirti a casa. Le istruzioni erano semplici e includevano molte conoscenze di base. In mangiare era squisito.

Sandra is a well-prepared and organized host. Generous, educator and welcoming. We prepared pasta as done in her Puglia hometown and Tiramisu. She is congenial, helpful and dedicated to helping folks improve their knowledge and abilities with Italian cuisine. Because I've cooked in Italy before, I was anticipating Milanese Rissoto but the handmade pasta was good. Then she fed us our pasta with her sauce, some aperitivo and our tiramisu. Lovely evening for all skill sets.

"Sono un'altamurana trasferita a Milano. Mi diletto a preparare di tutto, dalla pasta al pane ai biscotti, spaziando nelle mie ricette tra piatti a base di carne, pesce, legumi e verdure. Mi diverto a sperimentare continuamente nuovi piatti e sono curiosa di ogni cucina del mondo. Conservo il mio lievito madre da diversi anni. Prediligo materie prime a km 0, di coltivatori del lodigiano. Sono una persona empatica e solare; mi piace avere persone in casa e avere cura di esse a tavola. Appasionata di design d'interni, sono molto attenta alla cura della mia casa perché mi piace che i miei ospiti abbiano un piacere visivo oltre a quello gustativo."
