Inizieremo con un aperitivo tipico italiano: prosecco fresco e sfiziosità preparate con ingredienti locali. Poi metteremo le mani in pasta per creare tagliatelle e ravioli fatti a mano, perfetti da replicare a casa per sorprendere i vostri ospiti. Prepareremo anche il classico tiramisù, il dolce italiano per eccellenza. L’approccio sarà pratico, divertente e adatto a tutti. Event: Team building for 6 colleagues in 3 different offices after a conference. We did an evening cooking lesson with Silvia and Antonio after a week long conference where we were all very tired. Walking into the apartment, we were immediately warmly greeted by Silvia and a glass of Prosecco which was perfect after long days of meetings. The apartment is warm, colorful and totally cool And we loved being there talking. The cooking lesson itself was so much fun- we learned to make a pasta carbonara and a tiramisu for dessert. We had a vegetarian in our group so Silvia and Antonio were able to show us a version without meat. Antonio is a fantastic chef and guide, very thorough showing us all the little tricks to making the sauce and cooking the perfect pasta. We had a wonderful dinner, eating talking, drinking wine. It was as though we were with old friends. We all had the best evening and would highly recommend this event to anyone: colleagues, friends, family.

I treated my bf to a cooking class for his birthday while we were in Milano, and I’m so happy I did! It was one of the highlights of our trip. Silvia and Antonio were incredibly warm and welcoming. The apartment was beautiful. We learned how to cook the dishes in a way that we couldn’t anywhere else. The food was amazing. We had wonderful conversation and learned about the city. Ultimately, it was a wonderful connection and such an authentic unique experience. I couldn’t recommend this more!

We took a cooking class in Milan with Silvia and Antonio. They were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable and at ease immediately. Silvia's home was lovely with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the experience. She made the process of making the food such that we could participate at whatever level we chose to. The two of them made the recipes seem easy and approachable. Silvia and Antonio spoke English very well and were happy to help us with our broken Italian when we asked. Our time was full of laughter and great conversation on a variety of subjects. It was an exceptionally enjoyable experience. We hope to repeat it someday. Silvia and Antonio were lovely people whom we really enjoyed getting to know.

Amiamo tantissimo ricevere gli ospiti con i piatti della tradizione italiana traendo ispirazione dalle ricette della famiglia di origine (Piemonte-Liguria), della Lombardia (Regione in cui viviamo) e della Puglia (tramandati dalla nonna salentina). Degli aperitivi sfiziosi e un buon calice di prosecco serviranno a "scaldare l'atmosfera". I nostri ospiti gusteranno i piatti della tradizione italiana, condivideranno con noi delle ore in allegria nella nostra casa piena di colori vivaci, luci e musica.
