Vi accoglieremo nella nostra casa d’epoca, situata a 10 minuti a piedi dal Cenacolo Vinciano, in un quartiere ricco di negozi.
Questa esperienza è pensata per chi ha poco tempo ma ama gustare e preparare buoni piatti italiani. Imparerete a cucinare gli spaghetti alla carbonara utilizzando prodotti a chilometro zero. Il corso di cucina pratico inizierà con un calice di Prosecco e alcuni assaggi preparati con ingredienti locali e tipicamente italiani. Scoprirete i segreti per realizzare un ottimo tiramisù. Colori, musica, allegria e buon vino ci accompagneranno durante tutto il percorso. Concluderemo l’esperienza gustando insieme ciò che abbiamo preparato e ci saluteremo con la voglia di rivederci.

- I had the pleasure of participating in a pasta cooking class with Silvia and Antonio, and it was a wonderful experience! The class was part of a bachelorette party, and we surprised the bride with this unique and fun activity. We are from Austria, and it was a great way to experience Milan in such a special way. From the start, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Silvia and Antonio are not only incredibly skilled chefs but also fantastic hosts. They not only taught us the art of making Italian pasta but also shared fascinating insights into Italian culture and cuisine. The class was well-structured, easy to follow, and offered a great mix of hands-on experience and theory. Silvia and Antonio were patient and made sure every step was clear and easy to understand. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills while having a lot of fun. I highly recommend the pasta cooking class! Thank you, Silvia and Antonio, for such an amazing day!

- We had an amazing experiences while visiting Milan. Silvia and Antonio taught us how to make the special pasta Sagne Torte, Tagliatelle and Tiramisu. In the beginning we got to know each other while eating great snacks Silvia made, and after making the food we sat down for a special dinner. We would come back to learn how to make different things! highly recommend this special experience.
- Silvia and Antonio were fantastic! You got a lovely mix of Antonio's passion for good food, and Silvia's passion to host. We had some antipasti and bubbles during introductions, before having a step by step master class of how to cook some Italian classics - carbonara and tiramisu. Silvia and Antonio took it a special step further, by having their American student, Tom, play the piano to create a beautiful ambience during our visit. They made us feel very welcome, and even went to the trouble of making some delicious, homemade chocolates, as they knew we were on our honeymoon, and they wanted to ensure our visit marked that well. We couldn't recommend this duo more and only wish we lived closer, to experience more of their wonderful dishes!
