Il mercato di Sant’ambrogio è il più antico mercato alimentare di Firenze e quello in cui i locali continuano a fare shopping.
È un mercato autentico e interessante in cui il re Charles ha trascorso un'intera mattinata quando era ancora un principe. Pieno di verdure locali, carne e pesce è un ottimo posto per iniziare la nostra classe acquistando alcuni ingredienti freschi ed esplorando le bancarelle più interessanti.
Dopo il mercato, cammineremo a casa mia e inizieremo la lezione di cucina. Prepareremo, a secondo della stagione, fiori fritti o una bruschetta con ingredienti stagionali, ravioli fatti in casa e un dessert.
