La mia cucina è prevalentemente vegetariana, con ingredienti tipici del territorio. Mi piace aggiungere un tocco personale alle ricette tipiche e tradizionali della mia regione. Vivo nel borgo antico e mi piace "rubare" i segreti delle custodi di ricette antiche conosciute ormai in tutto il mondo.

- This was by far the best excursion on our cruise. Valentina was top notch and even took the time to take us to her local grocery to pick up some authentic items. She gave us a wonderful experience. She was friendly and had a great sense of humor! I will never forget this experience.
- Valentina was an excellent host. She first gave us a short walking tour of her city and a couple local markets. Back at her lovely home, she patiently showed us how to prepare the orecchiette and the tiramisu. A great experience!
