Mettiamo le mani in pasta e prepariamo le pizze, come da tradizione. Impastaremo e mangeremo delle buonissime pizze condite con ingredienti di stagione. Oltre alla classica Margherita con pomodoro e mozzarella, faremo delle pizze più particolari, tutte nel forno di casa ma uguali a quelle che mangiate in pizzeria. Vi insegnerò a preparare un impasto perfetto, e vi svelerò come cuocerlo per ottenere un ottimo risultato. Dopo questa cooking class, nella mia casa a Barivecchia, sarete assolutamente autonomi e pronti ad organizzare un pizza party con i vostri amici. Mi aiuterete anche a preparare un tiramisù espresso che concluderà in dolcezza la nostra serata. Vi aspetto!

- Valentina was the most generous host with her time, food and hospitality. She has a passion for sharing her knowledge of the food of the region and patiently taught us how to make crumbed eggplant rolls, cavitelli pasta and an easy and delicious sauce, and tiramisu. We have had Avery satisfying main meal for the day and learnt skills that we can take home with us. Thank you very much Valentina!
