Mittwoch? Abendessen! Ich warte auf dich bei mir zu Hause, um einen Abend zu erleben, der anders ist als sonst: ein Erlebnis im Zeichen von gutem Essen und Geselligkeit!
Rezeptkalender (Beginn um 19.30 Uhr): -14/1: gemischte Bruschetta -25/2: Carbonara -11/3: gemischte Bruschetta Wir werden gemeinsam ein traditionelles Rezept zubereiten, das perfekt für einen geselligen Abend ist und dessen Zubereitung und Geheimnisse du lernen wirst. Nach dem Kurs werden wir das zubereitete Gericht probieren und mit einem guten Wein anstoßen.
Das Erlebnis wird bestätigt, wenn mindestens 4 Teilnehmer dabei sind. Bitte sag uns bei der Buchung Bescheid, wenn du Allergien oder Unverträglichkeiten hast. Wir geben unser Bestes, um deine Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, aber bei schweren Allergien können wir keine Kontamination ausschließen.

- Cesarino Marco e sua moglie, nell’ambito del progetto “Più biologico regionale in Europa”, hanno realizzato uno showcooking di tre ore nel centro commerciale davvero impeccabile. Ingredienti tutti freschi e biologici, combinati con cura: il risultato è stato semplicemente delizioso. Colpiscono la professionalità e, soprattutto, la loro umanità: sono persone di grande cuore, capaci di coinvolgere il pubblico con competenza, simpatia e passione. I feedback sono stati entusiasti non solo per i piatti, ma per l’intera performance. Consigliatissimi.
- This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic. I recommend Marco highly is was so much fun.

- Our evening with Marco and his wonderful family was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends into their home. The experience of making fresh pasta and tiramisu was not only fun and hands-on, but also filled with laughter and warmth as Marco and his family guided us through each step with patience and passion. We started the evening with a glass of Prosecco, which set the perfect tone for a relaxed and joyful night. After preparing the pasta and assembling the tiramisu, we all sat down together at the table to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Sharing a meal with Marco, his wife, her brother, sister, and nephews, felt less like an Airbnb experience and more like an authentic slice of Italian family life. The food was absolutely delicious, the wine flowed generously, and the conversation and connection made the evening unforgettable.
