- To był wspaniały wieczór. Poznałem uroczy ludzi: Marka i Michalinę. I oczywiście zapoznałem się ze sztuką przygotowania karczochów na cztery sposoby. Dziś w domu przetestowałem jeden, Marko jest mistrzem :)

- Cesarino Marco e sua moglie, nell’ambito del progetto “Più biologico regionale in Europa”, hanno realizzato uno showcooking di tre ore nel centro commerciale davvero impeccabile. Ingredienti tutti freschi e biologici, combinati con cura: il risultato è stato semplicemente delizioso. Colpiscono la professionalità e, soprattutto, la loro umanità: sono persone di grande cuore, capaci di coinvolgere il pubblico con competenza, simpatia e passione. I feedback sono stati entusiasti non solo per i piatti, ma per l’intera performance. Consigliatissimi.
- This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic. I recommend Marco highly is was so much fun.
- Marco y su esposa Michaela fueron tan amorosos, serviciales y gentiles con nosotros. Yo lleve a mi novio de sorpresa por su cumpleaños y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Conversamos muchísimo, nos divertimos mucho, y cocinamos con tanto amor y paciencia. Marco nos enseñó todos los tips de la cocina italiana, y realmente podemos decir que nos adentramos en la cultura italiana. Recomiendo esta experiencia 100%, y no habrá mejores host que Marco y Michaela. Grazie mille :) Esperamos verlos pronto!
