„Ich koche gerne für meine Familie, aber noch lieber koche ich für meine Gäste/Freunde. Meine Küche ist vielfältig und reicht von traditionellen Gerichten bis hin zu internationaler Küche. Deshalb liebe ich es, auf Märkten einzukaufen, um die ersten Früchte der Saison und erstklassige Zutaten zu finden. Ich finde, dass hochwertige Zutaten in Verbindung mit Leidenschaft auch sehr einfache Gerichte zu ausgezeichneten Mahlzeiten machen.“

- We loved everything about this cooking class! Emanuela and her daughter Francesca were so warm and welcoming. They were very patient with us while we learning the recipes and while we were trying to grow our italian speaking skills! Their directions were clear and easy to follow and we all believe we could make the pasta at home now. The food and wine was all delicious and we had so much fun during the whole process. Everything exceeded our expectations and we couldn't recommend this class more!
