    A cooking class at Maria and Giorgio’s home in Rome turned out to be the most unforgettable experience of our entire trip. From the moment we stepped into their warm, welcoming kitchen, we felt like part of the family. Maria is truly a five‑star chef and an exceptional teacher—patient, funny, and incredibly skilled. She guided us through every step of making fresh pasta and the most delicious tiramisu we’ve ever tasted. What made the experience even more special was sharing an authentic Italian meal with Maria, Giorgio, and their family. The conversation, the laughter, the homemade dishes—everything felt genuine and full of heart. It wasn’t just a cooking class; it was a glimpse into real Roman life. If you’re visiting Rome and want something meaningful, delicious, and memorable, this is it. An absolute highlight of our trip.

    My husband and I had a cooking class with Maria and Giorgio and had a wonderful time! They were both so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely to spend time in their home and meet some of their family.     Ich liebe es, Vorspeisen mit frischer hausgemachter Pasta wie Maccheroni alla Chitarra, Ravioli und Lasagne zuzubereiten, zusammen mit Risotto und Trockenteigwaren mit Pilzen und Gemüse verschiedener Art. Ich habe mit Freude verschiedene Gerichte der abruzzesischen Küche ausprobiert, wie Ndurciullune, Pallotte Cacio e Ova und gefülltes Kaninchen. Außerdem lasse ich mich, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe, von der typischen Küche der Toskana und des Latiums inspirieren.
