Ein Besuch in der Altstadt von Neapel bedeutet eine Reise durch zwanzig Jahrhunderte Geschichte. Die Straßen, Plätze, Kirchen, Denkmäler, öffentlichen Gebäude und Burgen bilden eine Schatzkammer künstlerischer und historischer Schätze. Und die Düfte ihrer Gerichte sind die ideale Einführung in einen Ort, der wirklich jeden verzaubern kann. Man ist auch beim Betreten des Palastes aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit seiner Vanvitelli-Treppe im Herzen der Stadt verzaubert, wo sich die Wohnung von Francesco, unserem Cesarino, befindet.

Me and my friend had an amazing time at our cooking class booked with Francesco D. It was one of our favorite experiences on our trip to Italy, and the homemade pasta and ravioli was delicious! We will definitely be making it again back home. Highly recommend! Thanks so much for the great time!

We had an absolutely incredible in-home Italian cooking experience that we will never forget! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm, welcoming, and so patient as she guided us through making amazing ravioli, delicious croquettes, and the perfect tiramisu all from scratch. Eugenia took her time explaining each step, offering tips and techniques that made the process fun and approachable. One of the highlights was that she provided us with detailed notes to take home, so we could recreate the magic in our own kitchen. After all our fun work in the kitchen, she invited us to sit down in her beautiful dining room—where she served us the meal we had just prepared. It was the perfect way to end the afternoon, and truly felt like a slice of Italy right at home. This experience was more than just a cooking class—it was a warm, immersive cultural experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for something special and authentic.
