I love sharing the Umbrian culinary tradition with my guests, highlighting local flavors through the use of raw materials cultivated in the fields near my farmhouse.

- Had a great time with Eleonora learning how to make 3 new sauces. Really enjoyed watching some of her techniques for making these fresh sauces and learning how easy it will be to do it at home. So much food for the two of us, she sent us with a “to go” package that we were able to enjoy the next day for dinner. A wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
