The experience includes the preparation of some traditional Umbrian dishes related to truffles, with their special scents and flavors, making each dish a unique and unforgettable taste experience. In the appetizers, various combinations of cheeses, vegetables and sliced meats with truffle will be offered, including also fried egg with parmesan and truffle. A simple dish, typical and refined in taste. The first course will consist of a plate of homemade ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, garnished with flavoring spices, local evo oil and truffle shavings. Finally, dessert will reintroduce the Umbrian pastry tradition with the addition of a special touch of truffle flavoring. I am waiting for you!

My daughter and I did a cooking class with Eleanora, and it was definitely a highlight of our trip! Eleanora is such a sweet woman and she definitely knows how to cook! We made fettuccine and ravioli, and she was very patient with us even when we couldn't get our pasta to look like hers! We loved talking with Eleanora while having local cheeses, meats, and wine. She told us that she leads these classes because of her love for teaching and her love for cooking, and her personality and demeanor definitely reflect that. I highly recommend this experience, it is definitely an amazing memory that we will not forget from our trip to Italy!

We both had an amazing evening with Eleonora. The setting for our class was in her beautiful home where she first showed us how to make traditional Umbrian bread and Tiramisu, followed by several types of pasta. Whilst Eleonora prepared our pasta dishes we enjoyed local wine, cheeses and meats with a variety of different oils and condiments (The truffle honey was incredible!). Afterwards we sat and chatted as friends whilst sampling digestifs and learning about Eleonoras fascinating life. The whole evening was one that we will always remember and couldn't have hoped for a better host! Thanks again Eleonora, you are one in a million :)

My niece and i had some extra time so we decided to take this pasta baking class. It was great! We made fettucini, ravioli and tortellini. Eleanor is a great teacher - very patient with us as we formed the tortellini. I would highly recommend taking this class! Can't wait to make pasta at home.

Of all the tours & excursions we did, this one was at the TOP!! Our day with Eleanora was simply amazing. She is so precious - very encouraging, a wonderful teacher, and a fantastic cook! Eleanora has a location 'in centro' if you need to stay in the city. We chose to take a 15-20min taxi (~$50EU each way) to her gorgeous countryside place for our day of cooking, laughing, and learning. Her place there is very large with fabulous brick & stone walls, high ceilings, decorated beautifully with a large gathering area for socializing (she also hosts events, parties & receptions there). She has individual butcher block work stations set for up to 10 people, but you can have as few as 2 people. Upon arriving we were greeted with wine and a wonderful charcuterie board. Next, we made our dessert and put it in the refrigerator to set. Next we made our dough (Eleanora patient and encouraging!). We learned how to prep, knead, work, roll, shape, cut, fill a couple different types of pasta. And THEN Eleanora cooked our pasta for us and we enjoyed wine, homemade bread with jams and truffle honey, all to go along with our pasta. She even showed us how to make 2 different sauces to go with our pasta. Here comes the cheesy part.....we give it "2 YUMS UP!"
