- I had a most memorable experience. Valentina was an amazing host and she really showed how much she cared about ensuring we all had a great time.

- Valentina is an excellent and warm host. We felt her genuine hospitality as soon as we walked in her home. She is very patient with her instructions. What is also interesting is she injects side stories on the history of the recipe, including her personal experiences. We left her home with the feeling that we have a new friend in Bari.
