My kitchen is predominantly vegetarian, featuring ingredients typical of the region. I enjoy adding a personal touch to traditional recipes from my area. Living in the ancient village, I love to "steal" the secrets from the guardians of ancient recipes, now known worldwide.

- Valentina was the consummate host who provided us with an extraordinary tour of the markets and streets of Old Town in Bari and then topped it off by instructing us on how to make Cavatelli, orecchiette and tiramisu. Our lesson was followed up with a wonderful meal she prepared in her lovely home. She was wonderful and if you have a chance to experience her cooking class, you should not miss it.
