In the historic setting of my home in Barivecchia, a short distance from the sea and the Murattian center, I host cultural events such as photo exhibitions, craft shows, swing concerts and theatrical performances. In addition, I organize cooking classes dedicated to mussels. During these sessions we will prepare delicious mussels au gratin, perfect to enjoy as an aperitif accompanied by a glass of well-chilled prosecco. Next, we will use the succulent sauce of stuffed mussels to dress our fresh pasta, and we will conclude with a single-portion tiramisu, following tradition. During the event, I will reveal some tricks to make the dishes even more unique, all accompanied by pleasant jazz music. Finally, to end the evening, I will offer an excellent coffee.
