In the historic setting of my home in Barivecchia, a short distance from the sea and the Murattian center, I host cultural events such as photo exhibitions, craft shows, swing concerts and theater performances. In addition, I organize cooking classes dedicated to mussels. During these sessions, we will prepare delicious mussels au gratin, perfect to enjoy as an aperitif accompanied by a glass of chilled wine. Next, we will make cavatelli, which we will season with mussel sauce and a little chili. We will finish with a single-portion tiramisu, following tradition. During the event, I will reveal some tricks to make the dishes even more special, all accompanied by pleasant jazz music. To end on a high note, I will treat you to an excellent coffee.
A wonderful morning shopping and Cooking with Valentina. We made orecchiette and tiramisu. She was a great teacher and it was lovely to visit her home in the old town of Bari.
