In the historic setting of my home in Barivecchia, a short distance from the sea and the Murattian center, I host cultural events such as photo exhibitions, craft shows, swing concerts and theater performances. In addition, I organize cooking classes dedicated to mussels. During these sessions, we will prepare delicious mussels au gratin, perfect to enjoy as an aperitif accompanied by a glass of chilled wine. Next, we will make cavatelli, which we will season with mussel sauce and a little chili. We will finish with a single-portion tiramisu, following tradition. During the event, I will reveal some tricks to make the dishes even more special, all accompanied by pleasant jazz music. To end on a high note, I will treat you to an excellent coffee.

Valentina was the most generous host with her time, food and hospitality. She has a passion for sharing her knowledge of the food of the region and patiently taught us how to make crumbed eggplant rolls, cavitelli pasta and an easy and delicious sauce, and tiramisu.
