Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We are Sergio and Chiara, and we will welcome you to our farmhouse on the outskirts of Como, nestled in the countryside and surrounded by a beautiful garden. For us, cooking is an act of love and sharing, a tradition passed down from our grandmothers that we want to keep alive.

Together we will prepare fresh, handmade pasta, learning to make tortelli and tagliatelle using family recipes passed down through the generations, with simple, authentic techniques. The experience will begin with a welcome aperitif, followed by a tasting of the dishes we have prepared together. Weather permitting, we will conclude the experience in our garden.
