    A demonstration of typical Ligurian Riviera cuisine, discovering traditional recipes with authentic flavors.

    An appetizer composed of the real focaccia Genovese, bruschetta with homemade pesto and with salted anchovies, the typical sailors' dish, Caponada!

    Homemade also the pasta, the typical and ancient Corzetti, seasoned with a sauce of fresh Marjoram and Pine nuts.

    All accompanied by a selection of PDO white wines from the area narrated by Fabio who is also a sommelier!
